Reagents

Dextran sulfate sodium (DSS, 36–50 kDa) was obtained from Meilun Biotech Co., Ltd. (Dalian, China). DHEA was obtained from Sigma (StLouis, MO, USA). 5-amino salicylic acid (5-ASA, a positive drug for UC therapy) was obtained from Yuanye Biotech Co., Ltd. (Shanghai,China). TRIZOL reagent kit, reverse transcriptase kit ａnd SYBR Green Master Mix were obtainedfrom Vazyme Biotech Co., Ltd. (Nanjing,China). The MPO, MDA ａnd SOD etection kits were obtained from Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute (Nanjing, China). The cytokine enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits were btained from Hengyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The Rabbit tip65, IkB-α, p38, phospho(p)-p65, p-IkB-α, p-p38 ａnd iNOS were obtained from Sangon Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). The Rabbit anti-GAPDH, β-Tublin ａnd HRP goat anti-rabbit IgG were obtained from Bioword Technology Co., Ltd. (Nanjing, China).
